Moniepoint Activation Officers/Remote Marketers Recruitment
- Location: Remote (Lagos, Field-Based)
- Job Type: Full-Time / Contract
- Pay: ₦50,000 – ₦250,000 basic salary.
We are seeking motivated and result-driven individuals to join our growing team as Activation Officers.
Successful candidates will be responsible for onboarding customers, activating Moniepoint account and issue ATM cards, within their assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and activate Moniepoint ATM cards for customers.
- Educate customers on the benefits and usage of Moniepoint services.
- Meet daily and monthly activation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Submit daily activity reports to supervisors.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Sales or marketing experience is an added advantage.
- Must own a smartphone and be willing to work in the field.

Compensation & Benefits
- Earn ₦900 commission for every ATM card activated.
- Daily target: 5-10 card activations.
- Monthly target: 100-150 card activations.
- Achieve the monthly target and qualify for a ₦50,000 – N250000 basic salary.
- High performers can earn ₦50,000 – ₦300,000+ monthly through salary and commissions.
