We are seeking smart, energetic, and goal-driven graduates to join our Direct Sales Team as Interns.

The successful candidates will support customer acquisition activities, promote company products and services, generate leads, and contribute to achieving sales targets while gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.

• Pay: ₦90,000 – ₦93,000 per month
• Work Location: In person (Cross River)

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers through direct sales activities.
• Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, cold calling, and customer engagement.
• Promote and sell company products and services to potential customers.
• Assist customers with onboarding, account opening, and product registration processes.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to ensure conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Participate in daily sales meetings, training sessions, and field activities.
• Meet assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc or HND in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous internship or sales experience is an added advantage.
