About the Role
This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity for tutors based in Nigeria. As an Online Tutor, you will work one-on-one with children aged 4–11, delivering engaging lessons in Math, English, and Science. You will help students strengthen their understanding of key concepts while creating a positive and encouraging virtual learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive and engaging online lessons.
- Create personalized lesson plans based on students’ learning needs.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare teaching materials and learning activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance.
- Submit daily or weekly progress reports.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and age groups.

The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a degree in Education or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
- Have reliable internet access and a suitable online teaching setup.
- Be available to accommodate flexible student schedules.
Previous experience teaching or tutoring children from Kindergarten to Primary 6 is highly desirable.
