Description
- We are a growing renewable energy firm based in Ikeja looking for analytical, hungry, and articulate Electrical/Electronics Engineering graduates.
- We run a unique dual-track probation program. Over the next 3 to 6 months, you will be trained extensively in both Solar Engineering (load separation, system design, energy audits) and Technical Sales/Client Services.
- At the end of your probation period, based on your core strengths, natural performance, and preference, you will be permanently placed into either our Pure Solar Engineering Track or our high-earning Technical Sales & Pre-Sales Engineering Track (which comes with an upgraded base salary and uncapped commissions on closed deals).
Key Responsibilities During Trainee Phase:
- Assist senior teams with solar energy load calculations, site assessments, and inverter system designs.
- Learn to translate complex electrical data into understandable, professional proposals for corporate and residential clients.
- Participate in client meetings, learning how to pitch, negotiate, and defend technical solar solutions.
- Monitor field installations to match client requirements with technical blueprints.
