The organization is currently recruiting talented professionals to join its fully remote team across four key roles in partnerships, learning management, digital marketing, and business development.

Available Positions
- Program & Partnerships Officer – Build strategic partnerships and coordinate programmes that empower learners across Africa.
- LMS & Learner Success Officer – Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and support learners throughout their learning journey.
- Digital Marketing & Community Officer – Develop engaging content, manage online communities, and increase awareness of Agrodemy’s mission.
- Operations & Business Development Officer – Improve operational efficiency, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen strategic business partnerships.
Requirements
- Passion for agribusiness, technology, and driving positive impact.
- Relevant experience in your preferred functional area.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, mission-driven environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed teams.
