Creative and research Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support content creation, research, and light outreach. This role goes beyond creating visually appealing content, it’s about helping ideas communicate effectively and ensuring projects stay organized and on track.

 

What You’ll Do

As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting day-to-day content and research activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Finding high-quality visuals to support content.
  • Assisting with content publishing across different platforms.
  • Researching brands, sustainability initiatives, industry trends, and relevant topics.
  • Organizing research and project insights using Notion.
  • Supporting outreach by conducting research and drafting simple, thoughtful messages.
  • Keeping projects organized and ensuring tasks move forward efficiently.

Tools You’ll Use

You’ll regularly work with:

  • Canva
  • Pinterest
  • Notion
  • Google Docs and Google Drive
  • Microsoft 365

Experience with these tools is helpful, but we’re more interested in your ability to think critically, stay organized, and learn quickly.
