In partnership with the Lagos Business School, Junior Achievement Nigeria continues to nurture the next generation of ethical and transformational business leaders through its flagship Venture in Management Program (ViMP).
About the Program
The Junior Achievement Nigeria (JAN) Management Trainee Program 2026, also known as the Venture in Management Program (ViMP), is a prestigious one-week intensive mini-MBA designed for outstanding Nigerian graduates with strong leadership potential.
The program introduces participants to modern business management, entrepreneurship, innovation, ethical leadership, and strategic decision-making through practical learning experiences facilitated by faculty members of the Lagos Business School and experienced industry professionals.
For over 25 years, the program has developed high-potential young leaders who now occupy influential positions across the private sector, government, entrepreneurship, consulting, and development organizations.
Program Highlights
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Attend an intensive one-week Mini-MBA at Lagos Business School.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be Nigerian citizens.
- Be between 18 and 27 years old.
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Be awaiting NYSC deployment, currently serving, or have completed NYSC within six months before applying.
- Demonstrate outstanding leadership potential.
- Show strong academic performance and a commitment to personal development.

Application Process
The selection process consists of three stages:
Phase One
- Complete and submit the online application form.
Phase Two
- Shortlisted candidates will participate in a virtual interview conducted via Zoom.
Phase Three
- Successful applicants complete onboarding requirements and pay the participant commitment fee.
