- Grow our community through consistent posting, timely responses, and proactive engagement with followers and brand conversations

- Design on-brand static and animated assets for social, email, in-app, and partner use — including banners, story templates, promotional cards, and brand toolkits
- Maintain a library of reusable brand templates in Canva that internal teams and partners can use independently
- Produce visual assets for campaigns end-to-end, from brief to delivery, with minimal revisions needed
- Ensure all creative output adheres to SureGifts’ brand guidelines — colour, typography, tone, and visual identity.

- Shoot and edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts using CapCut or equivalent tools
- Repurpose long-form content (webinars, events, testimonials) into snackable social clips
- Develop video concepts that showcase product benefits, customer stories, and brand personality
Performance & Reporting:
- Track and report on content performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, click-through) monthly
- Use insights to optimise content formats, posting cadence, and creative direction
