LILT is looking for skilled writers and subject-matter experts to create original, human-written content that will support the development and evaluation of language and AI technology. This is a good opportunity for writers with strong knowledge in areas such as law, business, biography, religion, philosophy, poetry, and other specialized subjects.
What You’ll Do
As a LILT contractor, you will:
- Write original content based on prompts provided by the project team.
- Produce clear, natural, human-authored writing in your area of expertise.
- Follow specific style, quality, and formatting requirements.
- Confirm that your submitted work is entirely original.
- Keep project materials and submissions confidential.
- Complete assignments independently and meet agreed deadlines.
A key requirement is that the work must be genuinely human-authored. AI writing tools, translation tools, and copied material cannot be used to create submissions.
Who They’re Looking For
LILT is particularly interested in people who have:
- Native-level fluency in the required language.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Demonstrable expertise in at least one subject area.
- Previous professional, academic, or published writing experience.
- The ability to write confidently from a prompt with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of tone and structure.
- The ability to work independently and consistently deliver quality work.
