- Support customer account opening processes
- Verify customer documentation and onboarding requirements
- Assist with customer enquiries and service requests
- Educate customers on banking products and services
- Support front-office customer experience activities
Accounting Intern
- Record daily transactions, deposits, and withdrawals
- Assist with data entry using banking and accounting systems
- Organize receipts, payment vouchers, and financial records
- Support documentation and reporting processes
- Assist with audit preparation and record management
Credit & Loan Processing Intern
- Support loan application processing activities
- Review customer documentation for completeness
- Assist with loan file management and documentation
- Support repayment tracking and follow-up activities
- Assist with credit administration processes
Operations & E-Channels Intern
- Support digital banking operations
- Assist with POS, ATM, and electronic banking issues
- Monitor operational activities and customer service requests
- Support administration of digital banking solutions
- Assist with day-to-day banking operations
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree
- Background in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
