Role Overview
As an Agent Field Officer, you will play a key role in expanding the bank’s customer base by acquiring new customers, onboarding agents, promoting banking products, and strengthening relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
- Facilitate account opening while ensuring proper Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
- Promote the bank’s financial products and services, including POS terminals, digital banking applications, and savings products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents.
- Drive customer engagement and increase platform usage.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of NCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.).
- At least one (1) year of experience in sales or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Applicants must be 35 years old or younger.
