The programme is designed to develop young graduates into future-ready technical professionals through classroom learning, hands-on training, and on-the-job experience in manufacturing, engineering, production, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Build core technical competencies across engineering, production, maintenance, and process improvement
- Participate in structured classroom learning and on-the-job training

Requirements
- HND or B.Sc. in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or related disciplines
- Minimum Second Class Lower (2:2) or Upper Credit
- NYSC completed
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience

- Eager to learn, solve problems, and adapt
- Proactive team player mindset
