Hope PSBank, a CBN-licensed digital-first payment service bank and subsidiary of Unified Payments Services Limited, is accepting applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme.
The role involves supporting banking operations, transaction processing, and electronic fund transfer reconciliation within a fast-growing fintech environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the operations team in executing transactions across all banking operations
- Daily proofs and reconciliation of Inward and Outward electronic fund transfer GL accounts
- Review daily transactions via the bank application against the switching company records
- Escalate open items arising from system issues or settlement errors
- Handle any other tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum first degree or equivalent in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related discipline
- 0–1 year of experience
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Strong written and oral communication skills
