Key Responsibilities
As a CRM & ERP Administrator/Enthusiast, your responsibilities may include:
- Evaluating, deploying, and managing CRM and ERP applications.
- Supporting implementation and migration projects for global organizations.
- Managing existing CRM and ERP platforms remotely.
- Assisting with application configuration and customization based on specific client requirements.
- Planning project execution and helping ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Documenting project plans, processes, and activities.
- Learning and supporting different enterprise technology platforms.
- Developing your understanding of databases, servers, Linux, and other IT systems where required.
