Work Mode: Hybrid
On-site: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Remote: Tuesday & Thursday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: ₦90,000 – ₦100,000 monthly
Salary is based on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist with employee engagement and training initiatives.
Support performance review processes and HR reporting.
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and HR information.
Handle general HR and administrative duties.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
