Job Description
KA Clothings is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Representatives/Front Desk Officers to join its growing team. Successful candidates will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assist with product inquiries, promote the company’s fashion products, process sales transactions, and ensure every customer enjoys a pleasant shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
- Promote products and support sales activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Handle cash and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Keep the front desk and sales floor organized and presentable.
- Monitor inventory displays and report stock shortages when necessary.
- Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or front desk operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Knowledge of fashion products and current trends is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
