Circo Digital Academy is a digital learning and talent development platform focused on empowering the next generation of African tech talents with practical skills, mentorship, career support, and real-world project experience.
Through its programs, Circo helps young people move beyond theory by giving them opportunities to build, collaborate, solve problems, and prepare for careers in the digital economy.
About the Orange Internship
The Orange Internship is an 8-week practical internship program by Circo Digital Academy designed to help emerging African tech talents gain real industry experience by working in micro-teams called Circles of Circo.
Each Circle is made up of five interns from different tech and product disciplines who work together like a real agency team to build and ship a real product.
This is not just a learning program. It is a hands-on internship experience where participants are grouped into teams, assigned real client briefs or internal product projects, and guided to research, design, build, test, and present a working product within 8 weeks.
Program Structure
The internship is built around a 5-person micro-team model known as a Circle of Circo.
Each Circle includes:
- Creative: Brand / Product Designer
- Builder: Frontend Developer
- Architect: Backend Developer
- Orchestrator: Product Manager
- Strategist: Data Analyst
Together, the team functions like a small digital agency, working on a real product from idea to launch.
Available Internship Tracks
Applicants can apply under any of the following roles:
- Brand / Product Designer
